McBeth Landing

McBeth Landing is located on the west bank of the Red River, nestled between the historic McBeth Park and Red River Boulevard.  McBeth Landing is an development that includes mature trees, river views and an abundance of green-space.  Winding along the Red River is a natural forest which provides habitat for wildlife, but at the same time lends an opportunity for a peaceful walk in the woods with nature.

McBeth Landing is interwoven with pedestrian trails to the Red River Parkway, McBeth Park and Kildonan Park linking many communities together and offering all the amenities of the city but located in a countryside environment.

River Ridge

River Ridge is the last phrase of the Rivergrove development.   Its design objective is to integrate the natural landscape into the neighborhood and to create a neighborhood that allows residents the opportunity to interact through the existing schools, parks and community club amenities.  River Ridge has perserved a large portion of the river bottom forest as a green space and has allowed the river trail system to extend north from Kildonan Park.  The new West Kildonan Collegiate Institute is located adjacent to River Ridge.   The Collegiate has highly regarded academic programs, new sport facilites and a day-care centre.

Rivergrove

The last river lot available in the developed area of Rivergrove.   This lot overlooks the Red River with trails winding along the banks of the Red River.   The trail system connects to the new developments McBeth Landing and River Edge located south of Rivergrove.   A great place for jogging, walking or just watching the serenity of the river passing by.  The lot is 70' wide with a natural forest at the back of the property and is available for either building a client's plan or one of Pageantry Homes.  

Van Hull Estates

Van Hull Estates is nestled next to Normand Park to the south and Henteleff Park to the north.  New home owners have the opportunity to have a custom built home within a new neighborhood that offers the latest in house designs and community amenities that are usually found only in mature neighborhoods. The design compliments the existing area by creating a neighborhood with parks, walking trails and architectural controls to create a shared sense community in this existing area.  Van Hull Estates has a linked trail and park system that continues from Normand into Van Hull Estates and connects to miles of existing trails within River Park south east of St. Mary's Road. 

Campbell Avenue Sub-division - Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba

Campbell Avenue sub-division phrase 1 is the newest sub-division located in the Town Of Lac du Bonnet.   The lots are large lots ranging from 70 feet wide to approximately 150 feet deep.   The sub-division has underground hydro, paved roads with curbs and gutters and is serviced by town water and sewage system.  There will be a park located in the sub-division which will also include a playground.  This sub-division is located minutes from downtown Lac du Bonnet and is close to K-6 Centennial School.

It is a championship calibre golf course for the avid golfer but will also accomodate golfers of all skill levels.  The natural beauty is breathtaking as Granite Hills is situated in the heart of the Canadian Shield with fairways winding along the shores of Lake Lac du Bonnet and bordered with the perfect stands of birch, popular and pine swaying in the background.
